Pricing

  1. All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current UK rate of 20%.
  2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders for which you have already received an order confirmation.

  1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  2. Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing your order.
  3. We will notify you by email once your order has been processed and is ready for delivery.

Delivery Process

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date once your order is processed.
  2. Our delivery partner will contact you the day before delivery to provide a more specific time slot.
  3. For Premium Delivery with Installation, our delivery team will:
    • Deliver your furniture to your specified room
    • Unpack and assemble the furniture if required
    • Remove all packaging materials

Delivery Requirements

  1. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  2. Please ensure that there is adequate access to your property for large furniture items.
  3. Please measure doorways, staircases, and elevators to ensure our furniture can be delivered to your desired location.
  4. If there are access issues that prevent delivery, we will only provide door step delivery or additional delivery charges may apply.

Tracking Your Order

  1. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
  2. You can track your order on our website by entering your order number and email address.

Delivery Inspection

  1. Please inspect all delivered items in the presence of our delivery team.
  2. Any visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

Delivery Delays

  1. While we strive to meet all delivery dates, occasionally delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is a delay with your delivery.
  3. In case of significant delays, you may be entitled to cancel your order as per our Cancellation Policy.
